Franck-Steier Price Ltd (FSP) marked the 10th anniversary of Andrew, Andy and Ben starting the business with a party in the company of clients, agent, friends and family. Held on the canal side terrace of Brindleyplace’s popular Bank restaurant, guests bathed in the warm June sunshine and celebrated 10 years of deals together.
Over 125 guests joined the hosts with many well-known faces from the Birmingham and Midlands property markets being joined by clients and agents from London, the south east and as far afield as Scotland. Guests were treated to one of Andy Price’s famous speeches as he recounted his favourite memories of the past 10 years, taking many opportunities to poke fun at Andrew, Ben and James much to the delight of everyone else. Thanking everyone for their continued support and friendship Andy looked forward to the next 10 years wishing everyone the same success. Wine, cocktails and beer flowed and laughter filled the evening air as guests partied into the early hours with productivity notably down across the Midlands property market the following morning.
