Franck-Steier Price Ltd (FSP) are delighted to announce that in the CoStar 2020 national league table for single branch investment agencies they were ranked 15th with sales of £143m.
This position was secured with strong end to the year with sales of £86m including the sale of BCA, Geddington Road, Corby, Granby Industrial & Trade Park, Peverel Drive, Milton Keynes and Wienerberger Limited, Unit 100 Hartlebury Trading Estate, Hartlebury, Kidderminster. Their fourth quarter performance ranked Franck-Steier Price Ltd (FSP) 10th in the Q4 table.
