Deals worth £23.5m secure 2 CoStar Awards for West Midlands Top Sales Deals
Franck-Steier Price Ltd (FSP) is delighted to announce that the acquisition of Bromsgrove Retail Park for £13m and the sale of Sandford House, Solihull for £10.5m both featured in Co-Star Quarterly Awards Top Sales Deals for the West Midlands in Q1 2021.
Both deals demonstrate Franck-Steier Price Ltd (FSP)’s expertise and presence in the West Midlands market. Bromsgrove Retail Park, a high quality, well-let investment was acquired for a long-standing client of the business, Colliers Capital. The sale of Sandford House an attractive modern office building, single let to The Secretary of State on a 10 year lease to a private investor comes 5 years after Franck-Steier Price Ltd (FSP) originally acquired the property in June 2015 for AEW.
