2021 Co-Star Award Winner
Franck-Steier Price Ltd (FSP) has been awarded the Co-Star Regional Investment Agency – Investment Award (West Midlands), for their outstanding performance across the 2020 calendar year.
Despite the tough market conditions from the Covid-19 pandemic, the Franck-Steier Price Ltd (FSP) team completed a total of 35 deals. 16 sales and 19 acquisitions.
Within the West Midlands region, industrial deals included the acquisition of Units 1-5 Vaughan Park, Tipton, for £9.05m, the sale of Unit 100 Hartlebury Trading Estate, Hartlebury for £11.6m and the sale of Units C, E & F, Stafford Park 6, Telford for £14.5m.
Deals in other sectors included the sale of a modern office park investment, Apex Park, Worcester for £6.375m, the sale of a new build petrol filling station investment Spar, Wolverhampton Road West, Willenhall for £3.575m, and the acquisition of Sainsburys, Stoke on Trent for £10m.
Other highlights of the year outside the West Midlands included the sale of the 121 acre car storage facility in Corby, let to BCA, on behalf of LXI REIT for £67.65m and Granby Industrial Estate for £17.5m. The acquisition of Starbridge Portfolio (BP & M&S Petrol Stations) for £10.75m and Aviator 125, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire for £10m.
The deals, spread across multiple sectors in Industrial & Logistics, Roadside & Automotive, Offices, Retail & Retail Warehousing and Hotel & Leisure reflect the team’s broad and wide-ranging expertise in the investment property market.
