What happened when 34 teams of property professionals took up darts?
Birmingham’s property community went head to head in a darts tournament last week to raise money for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
Around 200 people attended the Sound Bar at Corporation Street, Birmingham, to watch thirty four teams battling for supremacy – with The Bull Shooters, King Sturge’s team, emerging as champions.
The event, jointly sponsored by Jones Lang LaSalle, King Sturge, Gazeley, Carillion and Drivers Jonas, was held in memory of Rupert Carr, a former surveyors at JLL’s Birmingham office, who passed away late last
year.
It raised £5,000 through ticket sales and an auction which included signed Manchester united and Aston Villa football shirts.
