The 1.3 acre site lies at the front of Great Western Business Park and is used as a ready-mix concrete plant which operationally covers a large area of Worcestershire & Herefordshire.

The site is let until 2053 with the tenant having break options from 2038. The rent is reviewable annually to RPI until 2033.

The property was acquired from Wulstan Capital who had owned it for almost 10 years and had recently re-geared the occupational lease.
