AP Investment, jointly with KWB have completed the sale of Higgs LLP HQ office building on Waterfront Business Park, Brierley Hill on behalf of Bridges Fund Management.
The modern detached office was constructed in the late 1990s and is occupied by Higgs LLP, one of the Midlands leading law firms, employing over 220 staff. The building extends to 28,600 sq ft over two floors.
The property is let until the end of 2027 at a current rent of £343,200 per annum.
The purchaser was a private client of Michael Johnson & Co.
The sale is the seventh on the park since Bridges have concluded their various asst management strategies on each unit on the park. Waterfront Business Park has proved popular to investors, owner occupiers and tenants. There has been 27,400 sq ft of office space let following recent refurbishments and a further 15,500 sq ft in solicitors’ hands.
