The substantial freehold property is located in a central retail pitch occupying a prominent corner position on Upper Portland Street. The pub extended to 7,080 sq ft over ground and upper floors with a substantial flat on the second floor.

The whole building was let to Stonegate Pub Company Ltd on a lease until May 2044 and had annual RPI linked rent reviews with the next due in May 2024.
