AP Investment has recently advised on the acquisition of an industrial ground rent investment in Worcester.

The investment comprises six industrial sites on Weir Lane Industrial Estate. The estate is located on the south side of the city.

The total site area is 4.91 acres and the individual plots were let to four tenants with a weighted average unexpired term of over 60 years. The rents currently average only £30,000 per acre offering significant reversionary potential. Four of the six leases have rent reviews in the next twelve months.

The investment was acquired by Manston Investments for over £3,000,000. Avison Young acted for the vendor.
