Acting on behalf of a Rotherhill, AP Investment has recently acquired an industrial investment at Clover Nook Industrial Park, Alfreton.

The property comprised two detached industrial units of 78,770 sq ft on a 5.85 acre site. The property was let to TRT Ltd on two separate leases until 2033. One of the leases had a tenant break option in May 2028. The leases had annual 2% rental increases with an open market review on each leases in 2028.

The investment was acquired for £3,675,000.

Cushman & Wakefield acted for the vendor.
