Acting on behalf of a long time property company client, AP Investment has recently sold a multi let industrial investment in Winson Green, Birmingham.

Located 3 miles north west of the city centre the estate was developed in 2006 comprising six industrial starter units on a secure, self contained site.

The 10,060 sqft estate was let to local tenants on flexible “easi leases”.

The investment generated strong investor interest and was sold for in excess of the asking price.

The estate was purchased by Loop Asset Management, advised by Avison Young.
