The property is located just off Muller Road between J2 of the M32 and A38 on the northern side of the city. Next door is an Aldi and Home Bargains retail scheme.

The steel portal frame unit is 10,000 sqft on a self contained site of over 0.5 acres. The property is let for a further 5 years with an outstanding rent review. The current passing rent is £6.75 per sqft.

The investment was acquired by a charity client. Creative Retail acted for the vendor.
