Acting on behalf of Wesleyan Assurance, AP Investment has recently sold a multi let industrial and trade investment in Aston, Birmingham. Located on the edge of the city centre and just east of the Aston Expressway A38M the investment drew in significant initial interest.

The four unit scheme was let to Screwfix, Johnstone’s Paints and a food wholesaler. The property was fully let and had a WAULT of 5.9 years to expiries and 4.4 years to breaks. There was an outstanding rent review on the double unit let to Screwfix.

The investment was sold for £2,650,000.

The investment was purchased by a private investor, advised by MacLaren & Partners.
