Acting on behalf of Goold Estates, AP Investment has recently sold a multi let retail park in the centre of Stourport on Severn.

The former Midcounties Co-op site was substantially refurbished during 2025 to create a four unit scheme with 145 space customer car park. Over £1 million was spent in transforming the former supermarket.

Anchored by B&M the scheme was all let by the end of the 2025 summer. The three other tenants are Matrix Pharmacy, Angling Direct and St Richard’s Hospice Foundation.

The investment was sold for c. £3,000,000 to M Core Property, who were advised by LSH.
