The local convenience store is in the centre of the village, Sainsburys had been in the unit 20 years, having recently re-geared and extended their lease term. There was a first floor flat which had been sold on a long leasehold.
The investment was sold with a lease expiring in 2036 and an RPI linked rent review in 2031. The passing rent is £54,000 per annum.
The investment was sold to a private investor for £745,000.
The purchaser was represented by Holliday Property Consultants.
