Advised Mercia Real Estate on the acquisition of a diverse mixed commercial, residential and land portfolio.
The properties were acquired from Marston’s PLC and included their unlicenced property holdings. Totalling over 150 properties a significant proportion were in Wolverhampton, Burton upon Trent and the North West.
The investment offered a strong base income and strong capital growth opportunities. The portfolio was acquired for over £8m.
