Acted on behalf of ARA Dunedin in the acquisition of seven assets from Regional REIT’s Orchard portfolio totalling £45,000,000.

The properties extended in total to over 800,000 sqft of accommodation and were a mix of single let and multi let industrial assets and a single let retail warehouse.

Geographically spread across the country the properties were located in Nottingham, Telford, Erith, Wisbech, Bromborough, Scunthorpe & Winsford and offered generally sub 5 year income with asset management opportunities in the near future.
