The unit was located on Northgate Retail Centre which is anchored by Lidl, Poundstretcher and Peacocks.
The unit extended to 3,110 sqft and was sold on a new 999 year long leasehold basis.
McDonalds have a 25 year lease from March 2000 and were paying a rent of £74,640 per annum.
The investment sold for £1,200,000 which reflected a net initial yield of 5.87%.
The property was purchased by a private client of 4D Properties.
