Acting on behalf of a private investor, AP Investment has recently sold a former public house site on the Wirral peninsula. The large detached public house is located in West Kirby in an affluent residential area close to Royal Liverpool Golf Club Hoylake.
The extensive 8,810 sq ft building has both a large rear garden area and car park, extending over 1.2 acres with significant road frontage to Black Horse Hill.
Having acquired the property as a high yielding investment in 2024 the property became vacant during 2025. One of the underlying fundamentals of the asset was the size and prominence of the site which led to it being sold to a developer.
