Franck-Steier Price Ltd (FSP) have recently concluded the aquisition of the Care Fertility headquarters at Nottingham Business Park on behalf of Threadneedle UK Property Unit Trust.

The property comprises a modern two storey office building of 14,822 sq.ft let to Centres for Assisted Reproduction Ltd for a term of 15 years from 16th December 2005 at a passing rent of £240,867 per annum.

The purchase price was £2,848,000 reflecting a net intial yield of 8.00% assuming costs of 5.75%.  The vendor was Royal Liver, represented by CBRE.  Jones Lang Lasalle also acted for Threadneedle.
