Franck-Steier Price Ltd (FSP) have recently concluded the sale of Hortonwood 31 & 32 on behalf of an institutional client to a private investor represented by agents Wiggins & Lockett.

The properties comprised a multi-let industrial estate of 14 units and two detached industrial units, adjacent to the estate.  The properties extend over 13,086 sq.m (140,865 sq.ft) and produce a total combined income of £574,777 per annum with one unit currently vacant on the estate.

The properties sold for £6,000,000 which reflected a net intial yield of 9.06%.
