Franck-Steier Price Ltd (FSP) has recently completed the acquisition of a multi let neighbourhood parade of shops on a prominent site on Halifax Road, north of Sheffield city centre. Acting for a Sheet Anchor the property was purchased for £693,000.

The four units extended to a total of 5,348 sqft and the site had on site parking. The scheme was let to Ladbrokes, Dominos, Eden Mobility and a local takeaway, leases had expiries of between 2022 and 2025. The combined rental totalled £77,700 per annum.

The purchase reflected an initial yield of 10.6%. Fineman Ross represented the vendor.
