AP Investment is pleased to have advised Goold Estates on the sale of Gatehouse Trading Estate, a multi let industrial estate on Lichfield Road, Brownhills.

The 16,396 sqft fully let estate comprised 31 units in various terraces, 16 of which had been sold off, six compounds and a residential “gatehouse”. The occupational leases were inclusive of service charge, the estate had a combined net passing rent of £129,300 per annum.

The property sold for £1,975,000 to a private investor reflecting a net initial yield of 6.16%.
