AP Investment, jointly with KWB have completed the sale of two units let to Dudley College on the Waterfront Business Park, Brierley Hill.
The industrial & hybrid buildings were built in the late 1990’s and are used by Dudley College as their Construction Apprenticeship Training Centre.
Both units have been used as teaching facilities for over 15 years and are let to Dudley College of Technology until 2 January 2029. The combined passing rent is £310,000 per annum.
The property sold for £3,925,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 7.41%.
