AP Investment has recently completed the purchase of Castle & Pedmore House, Waterfront East Business Park, Brierley Hill on behalf of Hardington Capital.
Located on the established Waterfront East office park in Brierley Hill the two adjoining three storey offices extend in total to 86,649 sq ft.
Both buildings were let to the Secretary of State on a recently regeared lease with an expiry in March 2028. The passing rent is £800,000 per annum.
The property was purchased for a substantial double digit yield.
