AP Investment has recently advised on the acquisition of two long income B&M stores in South Yorkshire for a private family investor client.
The two former supermarkets were let to B&M on 10 year leases from February 2025, both at rents of £5.00 per sqft. Each store was c. 10,000 sqft are in heavily populated suburbs of Doncaster and Sheffield in main road locations.
