Franck-Steier Price Ltd (FSP) have recently completed the feuhold acquisition of a portfolio of modern industrial ground rents in Aberdeen on behalf of clients of UBS Global Asset Management the UBS Secure Income Property Fund.
The properties are let to a variety of nationally recognised occupiers on various lease terms.
The purchase price was £9,800,000.
Franck-Steier Price Ltd (FSP) and Atis (Scotland) represented UBS Global Asset Management and the vendor M&G Property Portfolio was represented by PRUPIM.
