AP Investment has completed the acquisition of a single let industrial investment at Durham Lane, Armthorpe, Doncaster for a private client.

The modern, mid terrace unit totalled 6,046 sqft and was let on a lease to Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd on a six year lease from September 2022. The tenant has an option to break at the end of year 3.

The property was acquired for £850,000 which shows an initial yield of 6.13%.
