On behalf of LondonMetric, AP Investment has recently completed the off market sale of an industrial distribution investment on Dodwells Road, Hinckley.

The unit is within a mile of Junction 1 of the M69, accessed via the A5. The unit is run by GXO as a crate washing facility and recycling operation for Tesco who have a large distribution centre opposite.

The unit extends 62,000 sqft and is let to Tesco Distribution Ltd until May 2027.

The property was acquired by a private property company client of LSH.
